This is an excellent starter saxophone with good tonal and dynamic characteristics and high quality construction.
Perfect for the novice player who wants to get started on a budget , but wants something considerably better than a supermarket standard.
Supplied with back pack style case. Mouthpiece & ligature included. High F# key .
Although capable of a very high standard of play, these instruments are priced to be attractive in the starter player market. The mouthpiece that is supplied is fine to get a novice started, but an upgrade mouthpiece will allow the instrument to reach it's full potential. The Yamaha range of mouthpieces are a cost effective option and will offer a good improvement. A mid range or professional mouthpiece such as a Selmer S80 C* will lift the performance to the highest levels.
We offer a one year free service warranty with this saxophone. All instruments are serviced in our workshop by Paul, who is Ireland's only fully qualified Woodwind instrument specialist.
