We are Ireland's only specialist Woodwind & Brass shop, located in Temple Bar, Dublin. Established in 1994, Paul Ryan Woodwind & Brass has developed a reputation for providing both beginners and professional musicians with quality musical instruments and accessories, at very competitive prices, and an after sales service that is second to none. Whether you are a beginner looking to choose your first musical instrument, or a professional musician considering an upgrade, our expert and helpful staff will be happy to help you choose a quality musical instrument to suit your needs.

Every item presented for sale at Paul Ryan Woodwind & Brass is carefully selected for its quality of design and manufacture, and of course value for money. If a product doesn't meet our high standards, we simply won't sell it. All musical instruments whether new or previously owned, are thoroughly checked and play tested by our expert staff before being presented for sale. All new instruments are guaranteed for at least one year (sometimes more!), and all second hand instruments are guaranteed for six months.

We are open from 9.30 to 5.30 Tuesday to Friday and 10.00 to 5.00 on Saturday. We close for lunch from 1-2pm every day except Saturday. If our opening hours don't suit you, just let us know and we will happily arrange an appointment at an agreeable time.

Please note: The shop is closed on Mondays

Due to our huge workload, we can only repair instruments that have been purchased in our shop. All repairs must be booked in advance. The waiting list is generally quite long, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
